Questions
What do I get for free?
Twelve species with still images, a small watermark on saved images, and every species page on this site.
What does the unlock include?
Everything: every species in the catalogue, HD export without the watermark and unlimited reveal videos, for a one-time €4.99.
Already bought?
Open the tool and choose Restore purchase, or go straight to the restore dialog. Restore a purchase.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through PayPal; you can pay with a PayPal account or a card. PayPal requires buyers to be 18 or older: if you are younger, ask a parent to buy it or to send it as a gift. We receive your email address from PayPal and your country. For tax evidence we also record the country of your PayPal account, the country of your billing or shipping address and the issuing country of your card when PayPal provides them, and the country your connection comes from (never your IP address). We also record the fee PayPal charges us.
Do prices differ by country?
No. There is one price in euros for every country: €4.99 for the unlock. UK buyers pay 20% UK VAT on top (€5.99), shown before you pay. Your bank or PayPal converts the amount if your account is in another currency.
Is VAT included?
The seller is a small business in Belgium under the special small-business VAT exemption scheme, so no VAT is charged in the EU. UK buyers pay 20% UK VAT on top of the price. Outside the EU and the UK no VAT is charged.
Who is the seller?
The seller named on the imprint page and on your purchase confirmation. Imprint.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. See the refund policy for the time limit and how to ask. Refund policy.
