Refund policy

If the unlock, a video pack or a gift code does not work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used, and we refund the full price to the original payment method. The refunded purchase then stops working, including any gift code it paid for and what that code unlocked.

EU and UK consumers: at checkout you tick a box to get access straight away and to acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (in the UK: your right to cancel); we store that you did. Without that box ticked we do not take the order. The refund offer above applies anyway, and so do your legal rights if the content does not work as described (see the terms).

Refunds go back to the original payment method in euros, for the amount you paid (including UK VAT, if any).

Teacher and school licences: email us within 30 days of payment and we refund the full price; the licence then stops working. After 30 days we do not refund the rest of the year, except where the law requires it. Licences paid by PayPal are refunded through PayPal; licences paid by bank transfer against an invoice are refunded by bank transfer to the account they were paid from.

Prices are in euros and the same in every country; UK buyers pay 20% UK VAT on top. The seller is a small business under the Belgian special small-business VAT exemption scheme (art. 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code), so no VAT is charged on EU sales.
