Refunds: no change-of-mind refunds
All purchases give you access straight away. We do not refund because you changed your mind, whether you used the tool or not, or because you expected a different result. The tool shows an approximation of animal vision, as described on the site. This does not affect the rights the law gives you:
- Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK). At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (UK: right to cancel). Your right ends when access starts. We confirm this by email straight after payment. Gift codes: if you bought a code as a consumer and it has not been redeemed, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase. The code is then cancelled.
- If it does not work. If your purchase does not unlock, or the tool does not work as described, email support@seelikeanimals.com with your order reference. We will fix it or supply it again. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund under the law that protects you (in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/770 as applied in your country; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in Australia, the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law).
- Duplicate or unauthorised payments are refunded in full.
- Your local law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights where you live (for example, the 7-day withdrawal right of consumers in Brazil).
- Teacher and school licences are bought for professional or institutional use, so the consumer withdrawal right does not apply. We do not refund a licence once its code has been issued, unless we fail to supply it or it does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. In that case we refund the price paid.
- How refunds work. Refunds go to the original payment method, in euros. A refunded purchase stops working, including any gift code it paid for. If you open a PayPal or card dispute, we give PayPal our order, consent and access records.
Information for parents
The full unlock costs €4.99 once (UK: €5.99 including 20% UK VAT) and includes every species and unlimited photos in HD without the watermark. Videos are sold separately: €2.99 for 10 (UK: €3.59), and each saved video uses 1. In the EU and the UK, the checkout asks you to confirm that you want access straight away and that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (UK: right to cancel); see the refund policy. The licence code works on any device: open the tool and choose Restore. There are no accounts, no ads and no subscriptions.

How do I pay?

Refund policy.
